LOOPER tension measuring device

LOAD CELL is mounted onto the both ends of LOOPER ROLL, which rotates along with the rolling plate on the LOOPER TABLE for controlling the tension between hot rollers. The apparatus is capable of detecting whether the plate will be lean by calculating the tension difference between both ends while assuming FEEDBACK CONTROL.
Resistance design in included so that the durability can be maintained even if the apparatus is exposed to repeated impact and poor environment of the hot rolling.
